yolov3 .weights file transpose to TensorRT model file

I had transposed the .weights file to TensorRT file, but when i dealt an image with TensorRT using the same preprocesing and postprocessing methods as your's original program,but it runs wrong with unsupposed output, and i did not find anything useful,could you please help me with this. i use the script in the TensorRT 5.0.2.6/samples/python/yolov3-onnx folder to transpose .weights file
