This apparently should have been removed in Storybook 7

storybook/code/builders/builder-webpack5/src/presets/custom-webpack-preset.ts

Line 28 in b073641

You've provided a webpack config directly in CallOptions, this is not recommended. Please use presets instead. This feature will be removed in 7.0
