On the About your Storybook page; unnecessary upgrade message

Describe the bug
When you go to the "About your Storybook" page you might see a message like: "Storybook 5.0.9 is available. Upgrade from 5.0.10 now," in a green box immediately below the version number at the top of the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'About your Storybook' after upgrading to 5.0.10 and you might get the above message. It's very possible that after 5.0.11 is released that this won't be visible any longer.

Expected behavior
No upgrade message at all when you're on the latest version of the package.

System:

• OS: macOS
• Device: MacBook Pro 2017
• Browser: Chrome
• Framework: HTML

And I would like to know whether it is possible to somehow turn off the notification in the lower left corner about the update, i.e. so that this notification never appears

You can find this prerelease on the @debug NPM tag.
