Hi, I have a notebook with 29 entries in it. I scrolled all the way to the first to reread it and after clicking on it, it became a copy of the 2nd to last entry.

The text, images, and tags of the 1st entry were replaced with the 2nd to last. The note title renamed the same.

Can you please help me undo these changes to restore the original note?
