How to save a settings file with Github Actions?

Above my code is working well in local environment(such as command line), but not working in Github Actions because os.path.exists(JSON_FILE) is already false

That is, your question is not for instagrapi, but for github actions? I think you should google "github actions persistent storage" to solve your issue
