Change Latest Uploaded to show only newest track from a user?

Hello! I've been using alonetone for a few months and really enjoy the nice UI and discovering other people's music.

I'd like to propose a small change to the Latest Uploaded list logic. Instead of the current behavior where it shows all new tracks, only select the newest track from each individual user. I think this will surface a more diverse selection of music to browse.

If this sounds reasonable I'd be happy to work up a PR.
