Turtle blocks taking to long to load #3974

Description

Turtle blocks takes 3:26 to load, while Music blocks takes 0:18 to load. Both of them loads eventually.

Expected Behavior

Turtle blocks should not take this long to load, it is mostly the same code as music blocks

@nathannnie please give information about what device you were testing on.

I believe you were testing this on:
Galaxy Tab A8
SM-X200

running Android version 14

and on Chromium

Is that correct? Anything else we need to know?
