Collection Duplication in installer when moving back from plugin install tab to import #239

Description

During the installation screen, when clicking back from the plugin install screen, collections get duplicated

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the installer as usual until reaching the plugin install screen
  2. press back

or

  1. Run the installer as usual until reaching the plugin install screen
  2. Select any of the official plugins to install
  3. press back

Expected behavior

No duplication of Collection Names

  • Version: SMA 2.0.5-alpha.18
  • Last version that did not exhibit the issue: First time encountering this with this build
  • SM Version: SM 18.04
  • OS: Windows 10 64bit Home Edition
  • OS Language: English (UK)
  • Browser: Microsoft Edge Version 85.0.564.51 (Official build) (64-bit)

Built using visual studio
