Now that make_watertight lives in DAGMC, is there any remaining reason to keep this repo around?

I'm happy for someone to go ahead and remove the other stuff that isn't make_watertight, I don't think they serve any useful purpose.
Typical procedure for something like this is to remove everything sans Readme and update the Readme to point to the new location of make_watertight?
