When I try to resize a window of IBM SPSS (which is a java app), only the window borders resize, which makes the resize basically nonfunctional. This works properly on GNOME on Wayland. Here are some screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/DPm1Mf8 I haven't tested any other java apps.
I've tried _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1 from this issue but that didn't work. Version: sway version 1.2-rc2 (Aug 23 2019, Arch Linux)
Thanks

Running wmname LG3D before launch fixes the issue. _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1 didn't work because SPSS uses its own JRE, which doesn't support the environment variable.
