Describe the bug
The language switch does not behave correctly when controlled with a keyboard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Tab until language switch is focused
  2. Press down arrow, language switch opens
  3. Press down arrow again, language switch closes again, it should move focus to the next language in the list instead

Expected behavior
See https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/menu-button/ for exact instructions on keyboard behaviour.
