It would be helpful to have an sxs.cache submodule with functions for tidying up the cache. Things like

  • Remove all files
  • Remove everything bigger than X
  • Remove everything older than Y
  • Remove files with newer versions in cache (dealing with rhOverM gracefully)
  • Update (look through every file in cache and replace any old files with newer versions)
