When viewing the admin dashboard, there is a tab 'Reports'.

Once a user has submitted a report, it is initialised with the [status](Report Status) 'Awaiting verification'.

An administrator must then verify the report which is then placed into the 'Awaiting triage' list. Once in there, an administrator can assign a group type to the report. These groups are defined by the 'Simplegroups' plugin. Once the group is assigned, the status is set to 'Awaiting fix'.

A team member can then say that they've finished the job, and the status is set to complete.

If there is a complaint about the work which has been performed, a flag called 'Dispute resolution' can be set. Once something set to this, further information can be added to the report, and then once the problem is resolved, the report is finished, and can be seen from the 'View history' tab.
