Updating release to point to the Tag1 Puppet Forge account.

Adds support for Drush 8 and 9, Cloudera, NewRelic, Varnish 4, Nginx, Phusion Passenger, Elasticsearch, and MariaDB repos.

Drush Repo Updates

Updated the Drush 5 and Drush 6 classes to be fully parameterized to match all the other classes. Also added the Tag1 GPG key and enabled it by default on the Drush repos.
