Motivation

Hi.
There are cases when misconfiguration happens. In such case failover can make life worse.

Propolsal

Let's make it possible to pause failover at runtime.

UX

Cluster: flucking
User: temporary disable failover at runtime using net.box only without membership and 2pc validation
