[Feature Request] Rolling log for lock/log MQTT topic

In order to create an "Activity Log" types of functionality in Home Assistant (as Logbook) the lock/log MQTT should become a rolling log so that it can be updated near-realtime in HA.

Additional context from @iranl in Discord:
I recently added a short log which only publishes the last 3 logs for added speed when updating the keyturner state. It's not to hard to create a rolling log that publishes all logs one by one. Please create a feature request for this on GH
