"Remaining Balance" Column Ignores Claim status of One-Time Tips #76

Currently, The Data Feed shows the "tip amount" the same as the "remaining balance" for one-time tips. Would be better if the remaining balance showed 0 after the qualifying submission was made! Can assist with testing as needed, let me know.
