Unable to provide permission boundary for created role

Description of Problem:

There is no way to attach a permission boundary to the role that is created. The workaround is to craft the role myself and pass it in but this is not desirable due to the complexity of the policies required.

Potential Solutions:

Add new variable for the optional arn of the permission boundary.
