This has been released in version 1.39.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example: provider "azurerm" {
version = "~> 1.39.0"
}

This PR adds import-time validation to App Service - by confirming the ID parses correctly during import.
There's also some minor cleanup to remove the use of
resource.SchemaDatafrom within the helper package, since this shouldn't be present there
