When an install process performs 2 "setCode" call (the second one refeering to an instance created with the first one), there are errors in Mouf validation.

To reproduce, have a look to the swifthmailer install : https://github.com/thecodingmachine/utils.mailer.swift-mail-service/blob/1.0/src/Controllers/SwiftMailServiceInstallController.php#L167
