There's a problem with the code that shuts down ClipCommand if it doesn't see the stream as live or upcoming: Sometimes, when a stream is live, it shows its status as DVR. This actually happened with a non-DVR stream.

- ClipCommand now working for DVR and non-DVR streams

Patched by disabling the shutdown code, only debugs. This seems to be an error on Rumble's end, so I'm not sure if there's more I can do. I will ask Rumble Rick.
