Feat: Import old repo from @thenocturnaldevgypsy/gypsyshards-bootstrap-template-linkinbio to @thenocturnaldevgypsy-io/gypsyshards-bootstrap-template-linkinbio

Since my 10 year old GitHub account @thenocturnaldevgypsy got "flagged" by GitHub for no apparent reason (GitHub even not responding to my support ticket), I am recreating my old repos to the newly created GitHub account @thenocturnaldevgypsy-io . This is also a good practice/excuse to use GitHub Projects in preparation for most of my freelance work requirements.

I'm just thankful that I still have access to my old account in order to clone the content to my local Git,

Progress/Updates:

• Linked this issue to https://github.com/users/thenocturnaldevgypsy-io/projects/1 for task tracking
• Created feat-import-old-repo-issue-1 branch to cover this ticket
• Updated .gitignore to have Git/GitHub ignore unnecessary files inside the repo
• Updated README.md, kept the old logs from the old repo (especially links) at the CHANGELOG.md
• Imported/migrated all necessary files from the old repo to the new one
