Meeting Overview

We had the first meeting to get to know each other and discuss the GSoC project's three stages:

1. A Web Interface to Perform Subset Selection

   • Use Streamlit to build the interface.
   • Implement a visualization module to interactively navigate chemical space.

2. Establish a CI/CD Process Using Docker and GitHub Actions

   • Develop a Docker image to containerize the application.
   • Set up Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for easy deployment and updates.

3. Deploy on Hugging Face

   • Host the Streamlit interface on Hugging Face.

Next Steps

To-Do Before Next Meeting:

• Set up the Selector package locally and have it running before the official coding period starts.
• Get familiar with Streamlit
