[Rust] Release to npm registry as -alpha?

Hi there--I'd like to try out the Rust-based version of this package but it's not available when I try to npm install: Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@thesayyn%2fprotoc-gen-ts - Not found. Would it be possible to release as a 1.0.0-alpha or something to that effect? I'm sure there are other ways to potentially install this but it's cumbersome and will probably get many fewer adopters.
