  1. Created a custom element to consolidate all slides into a single window for printing

  1. Should validate in a downstream project
  2. Add documentation to README
  3. See if it can be styled any nicer, as things like code sample don't really translate well - wc-at-the-edge.pdf

Should add a print button to the preview window, and then could hide it using a @print media query.
