Refactor jsons that populate the dropdowns.

All jsons that populate the drop downs can be improved to have less information given that the vast majority of those information are already stored in the psql database. However, it is required some attention in order to avoid removing necessary info. Future releases of the database could benefit from smaller json files (reducing page loading speed).
