100 is the default region sync batch size. Maybe the problem is the sleep time is not long enough.

FAIL: region_syncer_test.go:51: serverTestSuite.TestRegionSyncer

region_syncer_test.go:92:

    c.Assert(len(loadRegions), Equals, regionLen)

... obtained int = 100

... expected int = 110
