Suggested Google jQuery CDN is blocked in China

Billions of people live in China and webmasters often wish to target this massive emergent market, yadda yadda.

Google CDN, as you know, is blocked by the Great Firewall of China.

May I suggest using Amazon CDN as well for jQuery (since you are already using Amazon CDN to host your booking-js and Amazon CDN is not blocked by the firewall)?

That's a good point. Although we by default reference the Google CDN, you're free to use Amazon or whichever CDN you want yourself (until we get the default changed) 👍
