[Feature] Allow disabling no matches warning

If no matching files are found the action outputs a warning

Describe the solution you'd like?

An input to disable the warning, if youre expecting no files to potentially match this clogs up the annotation output

I'm using it in reusable workflows to dynamically run certain parts based on if certain files are found
