Java module override for `Functions!IsInjective` destructively mutates a

FcnRcdValue.

Thanks to Suraaj Kanniwadi Sureshkannan of Cornell, who found and
reported this issue.  Below is the original bug report.

Description:
How to run: Save the specification to test.tla. Also, save an empty
configuration file test.cfg. Run using java -cp tla2tools.jar tlc2.TLC
test
When running with Line A and Line B commented out, the value of MySeq
printed is: {<< >>, <<1>>, <<2>>, <<1, 1>>, <<1, 2>>, <<2, 1>>, <<2,
2>>}
However, when I uncomment Line B, the value of MySeq printed is: {<< >>,
<<1>>, <<2>>, <<1, 1>>, <<1, 2>>, <<2, 2>>}. This was a little strange
to me.
Moreover, when I uncomment Line A and Line B, <<2,1>> \in MySeq
evaluates to TRUE, and the value of MySeq is {<< >>, <<1>>, <<2>>, <<1,
1>>, <<1, 2>>, <<2, 2>>}!
```
