The CommunityModules are distributed as a jar (zip) file because they bundle Java overrides. Unfortunately, tlapm does not accept zip files on the search path, i.e. tlapm -I CommunityModules.jar .... A workaround is obviously to manually unzip CommunityModules.jar, but loading modules from zip files would be far more convenient.
