and that it fixes storybookjs/storybook#9768 and add advantages:

Write stories as Idiomatic Vue templates
Syntax highlighting and full editor support
components only need to specified once and not for every template/story, essentially fixes Vue: Use parameters.component if available storybookjs/storybook#8109
source display is correct: Vue 3: Dynamic snippet rendering storybookjs/storybook#13917 and check if source display is right #6
