[ENHANCEMENTS] Log Viewer Resizable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Log Viewer is not resizable, making the vast majority of text cut off on the viewer, requiring scrolling.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow the Log Viewer to be re-sized drag/drop style, scale size of Log Viewer with the size of the parent window its in.

Describe alternatives you've considered
export, view in alterantive log viewer.

@b3nw Hmm interesting, I didn't expect people are actually using the log viewer that often, in which to a point that a few recent issues are about optimizing the log viewer. I will see if I can arrange a time to have some big update for it.
