After I update the appledoc sources, i usually do a ./install-appledoc.sh to update the binary. This has one annoying side effect.
If no arguments are given (-t) and the ~/.appledoc folder does not exist, it gets created and the embedded templates are copied to that folder. But it will not overwrite the templates if that folder already exists. This will leave you with OLD TEMPLATES.
In other words, before running ./install-appledoc.sh you'd better remove ~/.appledoc or you will have mismatches.
