Need to clean up the CLI to facilitate things like passing args thru to titanium. Will probably do the following:

not use any flags/options currently used by titanium unless they serve the same purpose
pass thru any titanium flags/options to titanium (triple needs to accept options and pass them to titanium CLI #67)
Move file loading out of args and instead create a -l, --load <load> option or something similar
