Hexadecimal editor.
A simple DOS memory viewer, with a simple text-based user interface. Written in Borland C++ 3.1 in 1997, recompiled in Windows 10 using DOSBox.
HexMe is an open source hex editor licensed under the MIT License. Hexme has a feature rich command line interface based on the nCurses library.
