Simulating biochemical systems with input in Matlab
NaturalCatalysts has developed five new enzymes for use in the detergents industry, and they need help analyzing the enzymes for quality assurance. The enzymes have different kinetic constants, and the analysis involves running 100 kinetic enzyme tests, 10 tests. We construct an algorithm to determine which is the best test case.
This is a mathematical modeling of Michaelis-Menten kinetics with R. Proteins associated to blood coagulation are included in the model.
