An R14 error from Heroku is caused when your application goes above Heroku's soft memory cap of 512MB. So, you'll need to try to reduce the memory usage of the server and/or application to eliminate this error. Lowering the max heap or permgen sizes and lowering the maximum # of HTTP threads may help with this.
@bbrowning yeah we also tried setting the max heap/ permgen sizes and it's still returning R14. We will try to lower the number of HTTP thread and give you a feedback. Btw, here is our config for torquebox-lite https://gist.github.com/4653064
Hi,
I've been wondering what may have caused the R14 error in Heroku using torquebox-lite
Thanks
