Rewind line button -1 problem

While syncing a line to the very beginning, I found if the Rewind Line button (-) is clicked when the time stamp is [00:00:00] it changes to [-1:-0.10] and it can't be corrected with buttons again.
Timestamp should be withing the track timestamps.
