Localization and other test data

Hey, If someone could propose a way to internationalize this script I could provide a dutch dataset and hopefully some other people could provide other sets.

This would be really nice to have test sets using "problematic data" like UTF-8 characters and text with single and double quotes etc

I had thought about this, and I'd love to internationalize the project. Since I only have experience with the US, there is a lot of hard-coded things like States and Zip Codes that will need to be de-coupled.
