It would be awesome if I could specify source files for my TODOs, either an .xcodeproj or specific folder to target

Excluded paths don't seem to work in Xcode 6.1.1 and OS X 10.10.1.
It will let me add several paths, but when I click away it doesn't retain them.
I have experienced the same problem as seandellis when using Xcode 6.2 and OS X 10.10.3.
