Location of "Apply to.." dialog box

Presently we have it centered, and during activation mouse pointed is on the left pane button. Such way you need to move mouse a lot and it is much higher probability to miss destination (selector usually).

Instead of dialog box will stick to right side of left panel it'll be much shorter move and much more accurate aim with fewer errors.
