Seems to be a bit of clashing between the highlight editable tab name and rearrange tabs behaviour.

Also, for UX purposes it might be a good idea to look at some other drag and drop UIs and see how they handle things - I think it's typical for the element you're not moving to get greyed out for example.

Moved to v1.1.0 milestone as this doesn't really impact usability + touch devices will be unaffected & most users will be on mobile.
