What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opj_decompress.exe -i bad.j2k -o bad.png

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The j2k image should be decompressed.  It works in 1.5.1, but not in 2.0.0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.0 on Win7-64

Please provide any additional information below.

[INFO] Start to read j2k main header (0).
[INFO] Main header has been correctly decoded.
[INFO] No decoded area parameters, set the decoded area to the whole image
[INFO] Psot value of the current tile-part is equal to zero, we assuming it is t
he last tile-part of the codestream.
[INFO] Header of tile 0 / 0 has been read.
[ERROR] Stream too short, expected SOT
ERROR -> opj_decompress: failed to decode image!
