Support unscaled 10 bit data for 2K cinema @ 48 FPS, as per DCI standard #671

DCI supports 10 bit precision for 2K @ 48 FPS, otherwise precision must be 12 bits.

However, when I encode 10 bit images with the

-cinema2K 48

command line parameter, 10 bits is re-scaled to 12 bits.

We need to have an option to skip rescaling for 10 bit 2K @ 48 FPS
