What needs to change?

Currently, there is no documentation on how to launch SubjuGator (in-person or in simulation). We should add some documentation so that other members and new members can use/launch SubjuGator without needing to know all the ins and outs of the repository.

How would this task be tested?

No tests, just documentation.
