Description
I added a jupyter notebook with a cell that creates an OpenHSI server object with three ros service calls: one to take images using the camera, one to update the 6s model, and another to compare the spectral signatures from two images.

Testing
To test, try to connect to the hs camera using an 802.3af compliant POE injector and then once connected, run the cell in jupyter lab with roscore running in terminal. Next try taking some images, comparing the images, and updating the 6s model using rosservice calls.
