What needs to change?

To work with the updated competition environment for VRX this year (which defaults to ROS 2), we will need to package our submission with a bridge.

Because this issue is relatively urgent, I will be completing this task.

How would this task be tested?

Closing this, because we are no longer going to be setting up a ROS 2 bridge to work with the current competition version of VRX. It is not an appropriate use of our time.
