Commodity tables by version updates #188

Hi, I had expected the main Commodities table to get updated for all 'live' versions, ie from v2 onwards.

This seems to NOT be the case whereby newer CN codes are added to v3 but missing from v2.1.0 of the Commodities table which we have based our POC on.

I did a Distinct record count by CN Code and there are more than double in v3 of the Commodities table than v2.1.0 !

Can someone advise please?

Even the metadata api only returns v2.1.0 tables metadata and NOT v3.0.219 as requested!

v3.0.219 schema looks a dogs dinner to join up!
