Print dialog box to have the option to select columns formatting

Users should be able to choose if they want single or double columns for printing the text. Given that the user is viewing or preparing a document for printing, when they toggle between single and double column layouts, then the text and images should reflow appropriately to fit the selected layout.

DoD:

Users can toggle between single and double column layouts.
The change in layout should reflow the text and images appropriately.
This feature should be compatible with other printing and viewing options (like page size, orientation).
